The stone bench saws ITC AL are ideal for the construction sector and for everyone who needs to move their machinery often. Professional wet saw, very light and resistant to corrosive processes, thanks to their structure in aluminium. Solid, precise and versatile they are adaptable to cutting all materials (Grès porcelain stone-wares, bricks, items in concrete, brickworks, natural stones, marbles and granites). The head runs on chrome-plated guides by means of linear recirculating ball bearings with anti-dust protection. Manual inclination of the bridge for cuts from 90° to 45°. Adjustment of the depth of the cut is with a flywheel set above the motor unit. They are designed to work with blades of Ø250 Ø300 Ø350 Ø400 mm. Available in single-phase or three-phase version.
Stone bench saws equipped with a cooling system for the cutting disc: a pump for the circulation of water, positioned within the collection tank, allows water to flow onto the disc for cooling. The tank, in aluminium, is completely welded to structural reinforcements that guarantee maximum resistance to torsion/bending. The tank is emptied by opening the draining cap. Folding legs to facilitate transport.
