BC saws are bridge block cutters devised for any jobsites. Solid, compact and precise machines they are suitable for cutting blocks of concrete, stone, brick, materials in Poroton and other construction materials. Belt-drive transmission system which allows the operator to remain stationary and handle the motor unit by means of a flywheel on the right hand side of the machine. The head runs on chrome-plated guides straightened by means of linear recirculating bearings with anti-dust protection. Manual inclination of the bridge for cuts from 90° to 45°. Adjustment of the depth of the cut is with a flywheel set above the motor unit. They are designed to work with blades of Ø600 Ø650 Ø700 Ø750 Ø800 mm on the basis of the models. Available only in three-phase version.
Block saws equipped with cooling system for the cutting disc: a pump for the circulation of water, positioned within the collection tank, allows water to flow onto the disc for cooling. The tank, in sheet metal, is completely welded to structural reinforcements that guarantee maximum resistance to torsion/bending. The tank is emptied by opening the draining cap. Detachable legs to facilitate transport.
