ITC rebar combined machines bring together in one single machine the characteristics and capabilities of both rebar cutting and bending machines. They are tough, reliable and precise. Especially suitable for those want to carry out small to medium series directly on site, thus limiting investment costs and space.
They are equipped with a two stage epicyclical gear motor train which is constantly enclosed in a bath of oil. These machines, like all ITC benders, permit the formation of any angle, inversion and automatic return to the point of departure. Bending angles are determined with extreme precision thanks to a graduated automatic regulator.
In the shearing unit the interchangeable blades are in hardened carburized steel, demagnetized high strength, with 8 cutting edges.
These machines are equipped with a careful safety system: micro-switch in the hatch and on the blade protective casing which, even with power hooked up, prevent functioning with hatches open. All models have double electrical controls, which allows the operator to move freely, choosing the best working position in relation to the machine. The electrical control apparatus is low voltage (24 volts).
